Trip Report: East Hampton Town Lifeguards Tanner Smith and Nick Lombardo began the journey at 1 pm, launching the dory boat (Black Betty) from the primary beach access at Kirk Park Beach in Montauk, and doing a two man row to Atlantic Beach in amagansett. A 10.12 mile venture that took a full 4 hours to complete. Going with the sweep and wind for the first half of the row until the wind switched halfway through causing harder conditions to row in. Around 5 o clock the boat was landed on the beach at Atlantic avenue in Amagansett.
