NOYAC BAY ANNUAL SWIM Crossing

Each year our Tuesday morning swim crew finishes off the season with a true Noyac Bay swim crossing from Long Beach to Jessups Neck (or visa versa). The swim covers a distance of 3 miles with water depths in the 20 - 30 ft range. In the middle of Noyac Bay you are equal distance to all points of land around you, which gives the feeling of exposure that every true open water swim should have.

  • WHEN? THE TUESDAY AFTER LABOR DAY.

  • Meet @ 7:30 AM at the North Haven end of Long Beach parking lot

  • Swim will start at the typical end point of our weekly Tuesday morning swims

  • There will be a support boat to transport swimmers back to Long Beach from Jessups Neck at swim end

  • Bring your own snacks and water

  • Swim is limited to (10) spots

  • ***In order to take part in this swim you must successfully complete a minimum of (2) Tuesday morning mile swims with the Dawgpatch crew.
