Each year our Tuesday morning swim crew finishes off the season with a true Noyac Bay swim crossing from Long Beach to Jessups Neck (or visa versa). The swim covers a distance of 3 miles with water depths in the 20 - 30 ft range. In the middle of Noyac Bay you are equal distance to all points of land around you, which gives the feeling of exposure that every true open water swim should have.
WHEN? THE TUESDAY AFTER LABOR DAY.
Meet @ 7:30 AM at the North Haven end of Long Beach parking lot
Swim will start at the typical end point of our weekly Tuesday morning swims
There will be a support boat to transport swimmers back to Long Beach from Jessups Neck at swim end
Bring your own snacks and water
Swim is limited to (10) spots
***In order to take part in this swim you must successfully complete a minimum of (2) Tuesday morning mile swims with the Dawgpatch crew.
