Saturday Morning Open Workout


Join us for our weekly open workout on Saturday mornings from 8 AM - 9 AM at the Long Beach Fitness Area in Sag Harbor. Workouts will consist of a 3-4 station circuit which can be modified to suit your fitness level.

Typical Workout Includes:

  • Warm Up Run

  • Pull Ups

  • Push Ups

  • Squats

  • Cool Down Run

  • Stretch
