Fitness Area #11 is up at San Diego Freedom Ranch located in Campo, CA. This fitness area features our ‘Ranch Circuit’ workout area design, which includes a dual Tire Flip Station, Slater Log Station, Atlas Stone Station, Armor Sand Bags, AND our ‘Standard Station’ (triple height pull-up bar, parallel bar, and push-up stone).
About the Facility: San Diego Freedom Ranch is a nonprofit residential treatment program for men located in eastern San Diego County since 1974. As part of their mission, Freedom Ranch never turns anybody away based on an inability to pay.
“Today 56 men call the Ranch home, served by a professional, certified staff of 13 and assisted by volunteers. “Ranchers” recover from the ravages of addiction and move from wards of the state to productive workers, contributing citizens and solid providers for themselves and their families. The goal of this workout area is to directly increase access to functional fitness resources for those in recovery at San Diego Freedom Ranch AND further promote fitness as a positive tool in the recovery process.
