2026 April Awareness Challenge


2026 April Challenge: PUSH, PULL, SQUAT. EVERYDAY. FOR 30 DAYS.

To Enter:

  • Log and submit your cumulative Push-Ups, Pull-Ups, and Squats everyday for the 30 days of April.

  • The cumulative point leader at the end of the month will win a new Weight Vest to up their training game.

  • Everyone who submits a workout everyday for all 30 days will receive a DPB hat of their choice from the shop and sticker pack.

Scoring:

1 Squat = 1 point

1 Push-Up = 2 points

1 Pull-Up = 3 points

  • Keep track of your totals, AND send in a photo or video clip to @dawgpatchbandits on instagram of your workouts everyday along with your daily totals so we know where you are at!

  • The Challenge begins April 1st. Get after it.

  • Note: If you tag @dawgpatchbandits with your workout, but have a private account we can not repost it.

Why we do it?

30 days is the standard stay for inpatient, residential, or intensive addiction rehab programs. The first 30 days are critical for breaking physical dependence and establishing a new routine. We throw down for the 30 days of April every year in solidarity with those starting their recovery journey. And as we know there are no days off in recovery.
