Tuesday Morning Open Swims are back at Long Beach in Sag Harbor, NY. Come down and join us every Tuesday morning @ 7:30 AM to swim the mile OR swim what you can. Meet at the Noyac end of Long Beach (in the small parking area). Swim along the beach or head out into the open water. The swim finishes at the far end of the beach (North Haven Side) where a truck will be waiting to transport swimmers back to their car.
