Tuesday Morning Open Swims are back at Long Beach in Sag Harbor, NY starting May 26, 2026 @ 7:30 AM.

Come down and join us every Tuesday morning @ 7:30 AM from Memorial Day to Labor day to swim the Long Beach mile OR swim what you can (and jog the rest).

Meet at the Noyac end of Long Beach (in the small parking area) a few minutes early. The swim starts @ 7:30 AM.

Swim along the beach or head out into the open water following the shoreline for the length of the Long Beach parking lot = 1 mile. The swim finishes at the far end of the beach parking lot (North Haven Side), where a truck will be waiting to transport swimmers back to their cars.
