A WATER QUALITY INITIATIVE: Become an ambassador of the bay by starting an Oyster Garden on your dock or bulkhead! Let our team take care of the set up and maintenance, AND you get to eat the oysters once fully mature. Pricing includes *1,000 Oysters annually per membership + a full maintenance service.

IMPACT:

  • 1 Oyster can filter up to 50 gallons of water per day.

  • 1,000 Oysters at the end of your personal dock can filter up to 50,000 gallons of water per day.

  • There are over 100 homes with private docks in the Village of Sag Harbor. If every person with a dock in Sag Harbor took part in this program we could add over 100,000 oysters to the bay annually - filtering over 5,000,000 gallons of water per day.
